The intrinsic value of connecting to nature as a way to recharge has not been overlooked: take a hike along the resort's beautiful pathways lined with sage and sparkling crystal powders from the surrounding ancient healing red rocks, stroll along three labyrinths, stop by a sacred energy vortexes for a moment of reflection and connection.

Sit and meditate on the banks of the ground's soothing lake surrounded by a healing garden sprinkled with Willow and Juniper trees, cool off in an outdoor swimming pool or jacuzzi and gaze at the Milky Way at night.

for Metamorphosis?

ONE DAY, THE CATERPILLAR HANGS ITSELF UPSIDE DOWN FROM A TWIG OR LEAF AND SPINS ITSELF A SILKY COCOON OR MOLTS INTO A SHINY CHRYSALIS. WITHIN ITS PROTECTIVE CASING, THE CATERPILLAR RADICALLY TRANSFORMS TO EVENTUALLY EMERGE AS A BUTTERFLY.

THE PROTECTIVE CASING OF THE CATERPILLAR REPRESENTS THE WOMB AND THIS IS WHERE WE WILL SPEND THE FIRST HALF OF OUR WEEKEND, IN THE FEMININE ENERGY. DIVING DEEP INTO HER DARKNESS.

THEN WE WILL EMERGE INTO THE LIGHT, FULLY ALIGNED AND FULLY EXPRESSED THROUGH OUR HEALED MASCULINE ENERGY.

Who is Mio Santana?

MIO IS A SELFLOVE MINDSET COACH AND CERTIFIED TRANSFORMATIONAL TRAINER WHO SPECIALIZES IN OVERCOMING SELF-DOUBT, SELF-SABOTAGE AND LOW SELF-ESTEEM TO LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.

Mio Santana will be your trainer and guide during this experience.

Mio Santana is a Certified Transformational Trainer with more than ten years of experience and study in self-actualization and self-mastery. She is the Founder and C.E.O of Divine Journey, a transformational coaching program based on the methodology of the 12 Divine Journey Principles she used to transform her own life. She is the creator and facilitator of an 8-week group coaching program for women called Resilience: A Breakthrough Journey to Self-love, a 12-month self-mastery program called Divine Journey and a five-day transformative women’s retreat called Rebirth.

Mio coach’s clients on how to create joy from within through transforming patterns of behavior that block harmonious relationships with the self and others and developing a healthy relationship with the masculine and feminine energies.

She bases her work on the foundation of self-love, inner child healing, raising vibration and harmonizing the feminine and masculine energies and works with clients to acknowledge, address, heal and transform their lives which is an effective four-pronged approach she herself developed. She believes the Divine Feminine is in harmonious resurgence and the wounded Masculine is ready for healing. She is based in Miami, FL where she spends her time designing workshops, coaching programs and retreats for men and women.
